Our primary service is nurturing 25 babies and children under 12 in our home based in Hankey. Here children receive our TEN10 care plan – Therapeutic Care, Educational Care, and Nurturing Care. Children transition from our home either back to their families or to foster care. We extend our services to support and capacitate foster parents to ensure that children continue to receive holistic nurturing. We identify potential foster care parents by means of an assessment and screening tool and capacitate them to effectively nurture a child who has experienced trauma through our intensive parenting workshops. Continued assistance to these families is rendered through support groups and social work services.
Collaboration and partnering with stakeholders in our community is important to us. Implementation of the
Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach helps us to identify already existing projects and to join hands in support of their work. Accountability, integrity, and respect are our core values, delivered with passion.
